What is Product Management?
Product management is the intersection of customer experience, product development, user experience, engineering, and design. This involves strategically driving the development, market launch, and continual support and improvement of a company’s products through the perspective of the customer.
What does a Product Manager do?
A product manager (PM) helps manage the research, design, testing, and go-to-market strategy of a product, software, or service. They plan and executes discovery activities including customer research and market research to identify and communicate the needs of the customer. Overall, they coordinate and work with stakeholders from UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and management to successfully take a product from development to launch.

• Work with key stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps, maximizing the value of each release.
